We believe this so passionately that we're willing to put our money where our mouth is and offer a free product workshop to help you draw some of those ideas out.

The workshop takes around 90 minutes and we'll produce a short report on the results of the workshop that outline some of the best ideas, sprinkled with some of our own. We'll also outline the next steps to help you turn these ideas into lucrative disruptive realities that generate real revenue.

The workshop is available onsite or online but we recommend running it onsite to get the most out of it.

The Three Phases of The Product Workshop

Our product workshops are divided into three phases:

  1. Market Discovery - In this phase we talk to your team to develop both our understanding and theirs of who the customer is, what the customer's pain points are, how the market is developing and whether or not their are any disruptive changes happening. This is essential to set the stage for the second phase of the workshop.

  2. Ideation Games - We gamify the discovery process using a number of well developed techniques to draw ideas from your team and allow them to assess their ideas in a safe, constructive environment. The techniques used allow everyone to participate no matter how extroverted or introverted they might be, giving a voice to every member of the team.

  3. Product Ranking - We look at each of the ideas in turn and rate them against a series of tangible parameters to determine which of the products has potential in the market place.

Post-production - Ideas are no use unless they are understood and can be acted upon. After the workshop we'll take three or four of the best ideas and give a brief summary of our opinion of them. We'll define what the next steps for development and release might look like and how we feel that the market might receive them.
